Homeopathy is a gentle, holistic system of healing, suitable for everyone, young and old, including children. As a homeopath Sujal focuses on you as an individual, concentrating on treating your specific physical and emotional symptoms, to give long lasting benefits. The fundamental aspect of homeopathic therapy is based on the theory of treating "like with like". Homeopathic remedies are diluted natural substances that if given to a healthy person, would produce the symptoms the medicine is prescribed for. In her assessment of your health problem Sujal will take into account the range of physical, emotional and lifestyle factors in order to prescribe the right medicine. Homeopathy has a wide application, from acute fevers, sore throats and toothache, to chronic illnesses such as arthritis, eczema, asthma, anxiety, mild depression and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Sujal graduated from the London College of Homeopathy in 1999. Subsequently she worked at Sunrise Children's Clinic for a number of years heading a team of practitioners and students.
Health and wellbeing are her passion and this includes nutrition and herbal approaches. Homeopathy is her way of life and not merely a cure for ailments. As a school governor of 7 years she promotes a healthy lifestyle to children through healthy eating plans and exercise. Having spent many years in India she has also used Ayurvedic medicine and advocates holistic therapies of all kinds to suit the individual patient.
Sujal believes that it is important to take time to understand the patient as this is a key component of holistic treatment.
